SoulWare BV ("we", "us") takes your privacy seriously. This page explains what we collect, why, and your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect
- Contact data you provide when you email us or book a call (name, email, company, message).
- Usage data from our website (pages visited, approximate location, device, referrer) via privacy-respecting analytics.
- Client project data we process on your behalf under a separate Data Processing Agreement when we build software for you.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your inquiry and provide the services you asked for.
- To improve our website and understand what content is useful.
- To meet our legal obligations (accounting, tax, contractual).
How long we keep it
Contact and lead data: up to 24 months after last interaction, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Client project data: per the applicable contract or DPA. Accounting records: 7 years as required by Belgian law.
Who we share it with
Only with vetted service providers we need to run our business (email, hosting, analytics), all bound by data processing agreements. We do not sell your data. We do not share it for advertising purposes.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can at any time request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Email hello@soulware.be. We'll respond within 30 days.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep the site working, plus privacy-respecting analytics. No advertising cookies. No third-party trackers that profile you across the web.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we'll update the date below and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
